Harvey Wells part 2

I have property in SE Ohio near the Harvey Wells house in Wellston, Ohio, and due to the restoration, we enjoy stopping in to see Harvey when we go to town. We visited the house in June and July and have gotten pictures of anomalies each time we visit. The house is on the National Historic Register and is currently being refurbished. We have also visited Harvey Wells Grave in Ridgewood cemetery just up the street from his home. The city of Wellston has erected a monument in his honor in front of his original civil ar issue headstone.  The story is that Harvey became ill and was under the care of a doctor and nurse in October 1896. He either jumped or fell from a second story window and died 3 days later. Through the years the house changed owners many times. During the 1960's it was turned into a rest home called Maple Heights Rest Home. I am working on researching that bit of history. During a visit in July, we got a hit of 4.0 on the mel meter, it was so hot amd humid we didn't notice any cold spots. We also recorded an EVP, saying "Who are you", and what sounds like a disgusted sound like "humph." Someone was mowing grass nearby, but you can hear this over the drone of the mower. A few seconds after that,  I asked "Harvey are you here?" And got an immediate EVP response of "yes." A couple of weeks later we visited and we did hear creaks on the porch. We were standing in the yard, and it could have been the heat of the sun warming the porch, but one does wonder. We have never heard creaks or taps any other time we have visited. Also in a late July visit as we were getting into the car we noticed movement in the window, there was no breeze.  Picture below enlarged to show what we believe we saw moving in the window from the car. We grabbed our cameras and took pictures from the car. 2nd picture is actual picture.

We are hoping to get into the house to investigate soon as they are working to restore it and it is locked up when we are there. Keep checking back for updates as I am sure we will have some....this place keeps drawing me back. I feel sad that many of the locals believe that Harvey was drunk and jumped out of the window. It may very well be that he did as there are  varying accounts of his death. I feel like somehow I need to make it right for him....strange, I know but.......

I am also looking for a way to add these EVP's to the blog.
